  • You grant Filo d'Aria a license to display, distribute, and use your content on the Platform
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice

4. City Ratings and Voting

  • You may vote on city ratings once per day per category
  • Votes should reflect your genuine opinion and experience
  • Gaming the voting system or creating fake accounts is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to remove fraudulent votes

5. Meetups and Events

  • Users may create and join meetups at their own risk
  • Filo d'Aria is not responsible for meetup safety or outcomes
  • You are responsible for verifying meetup details and attendees
  • Always meet in public places and follow local safety guidelines
  • Report any suspicious or unsafe meetups to us immediately

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Filo d'Aria
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Platform or its content
  • Our name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services:

  • Weather data from OpenWeatherMap
  • City images from Unsplash
  • Map links to Google Maps

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
